As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that elevate the quality and predictability of software delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to customer relationship management systems.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
