Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs Ltd. is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to meet doctors, generate prescriptions within the specified territory, and drive monthly revenue targets. You will monitor revenue metrics and support branch marketing and brand-building activities.

Two-wheeler is mandatory for this role. The position involves regular doctor and client visits, new infra development, and executing BTL campaigns to enhance market presence.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field or pharma-related degree (B Pharma/BSc/MBA) as stated in profile.
• Sales exposure or willingness to meet doctors and clients for prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Visiting 8–10 doctors per month to promote and gather prescriptions.
• Conducting 4 client visits monthly to strengthen relationships and drive orders.
• Support new infra development and participate in marketing/brand-building activities.
• Achieving monthly revenue targets and contributing to overall sales goals.
• Organizing 4–5 below-the-line (BTL) campaigns per month to generate awareness.
