Job summary

Unison International Consulting is recruiting for a Health Diagnostics Sales role based in Delhi. You will drive revenue, forge strong ties with doctors, hospitals, and clinics, and expand the client base through proactive market engagement and service promotion.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 5 years in sales/business development, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare. Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in Delhi NCR.

Qualifications

• Sales & Business Development experience required.
• Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• Experience in diagnostics/healthcare/hospitals desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
• Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and competitor analysis.
• Promote diagnostic services, health packages, and preventive healthcare solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for sample collection, reporting, and customer service.
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM/MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client queries.
• For Managerial roles: lead the sales team, set territory plans, monitor performance, and drive team productivity.
