Description

Job Role:

• Managing CD business through teams at specific dealer counters in the assigned area or region.
• Managing a team of sales managers.
• Identify business opportunities and prepare proposals for acquisition of new POS (POINT OF SALES).
• Responsible for dealer network relationships and expansion.
• Managing sales profitability and target accomplishments for the assigned dealerships.
• Handle dealer requirements and complaints and co-ordinate with the support teams to resolve complaints.
• Planning execute sales promotion plans activities.
• Effective cost management.
• Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities.
• Evolve local market specific selling strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with AM’s/ZM to formulate and implement strategies for performance improvement.
• Expand sales network in new and targeted locations to achieve desired level of penetration.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence.
• Provide inputs to improve product offerings.
• Build effective plans to improve sales operations Build, monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans.
• Consistently monitor sales process to improve existing process.
