Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit IPL and non-IPL customers and wholesalers to expand the customer base.
• Resolve dealer issues including MOQ clarification, leakage concerns, and credit note problems.
• Identify and open new accounts while providing recommendations on credit limits.
• Track competitor products and share market updates with senior and junior team members.
• Coordinate orders with branches and monitor daily sales, collections, and pending orders.
• Conduct Field Day Meetings, Night Meetings, and farmer interactions for demand generation.
• Ensure the team follows SOPs.
• Prepare and submit TADA, monthly expense, and weekly/monthly sales reports.
