Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in New Delhi seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive sales in the Indian market. You will manage field activities, build physician and chemist relationships, and implement regional strategies to achieve targets.

The role requires 2+ years in pharma sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel 100% as needed. Fresher with aptitude may be considered with relevant education.

Qualifications

• BSc/B.Pharm is required.
• 2+ years of pharma sales experience; freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target.
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision.
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system.
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division.
• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share.
• Promote the Division’s products as per strategy.
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building.
• A good Brand Ambassador.
