Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd is seeking a capable Tender & Cost Estimation Specialist to review tender documents, BOQs, drawings and technical specs. You will prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and techno-commercial bids for repair and rehabilitation projects.

The role requires familiarity with tendering procedures, rate analysis, BOQ preparation and strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office. You will coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely submissions and compliance with

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and estimation techniques.
• Experience in repair, rehabilitation, waterproofing, structural strengthening, or restoration projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
