Job summary

Globelance in Delhi is seeking a Tender & Bids Manager (Solar EPC) to identify government and C&I opportunities, evaluate documents, and manage the entire bidding process. The role is Hybrid in Delhi with 2–5 years of Solar EPC experience.

The candidate will coordinate across finance, technical, procurement and project teams, prepare pricing, and handle post-bid activities and LOAs where applicable.

• Ability to analyze tender documents including NIT, BOQ, SOW, GCC, SCC.
• Proven track record of preparing and submitting bids within deadlines.

Tender & Bids Manager (Solar EPC)

Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to ₹65,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tender & Bids Manager to join our team in the Solar EPC sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying government and commercial & industrial (C&I) projects through various portals and publications, evaluating tender documents, and managing the entire bidding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Identification: Identify government and C&I projects through various portals and publications.
• Document Study: Analyze tender documents including NIT, BOQ, SOW, GCC, and SCC to evaluate technical and commercial feasibility.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, bids, and tender applications within deadlines.
• Coordination: Collaborate with finance, technical, purchase, project, and management teams for documentation support.
• Costing and Pricing: Prepare costing sheets, BOQ pricing, rate analysis, and price bids (with necessary approvals).
• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor registration, empanelment, and e-tender portal management.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical write-ups, project presentations, company credentials, and experience certificates.
• Post-Bid Activities: Handle post-bid follow-ups, technical clarifications, negotiations, and acceptance of Letters of Award (LOA).

Skills Required

• Contract Preparation: Ability to prepare work contracts, agreement formats, bank guarantees, undertakings, and supporting compliance documents.
• Tender Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality, documentation accuracy, and compliance with tender norms.
• Knowledge of Portals: Strong knowledge of government tendering portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, State Portals, PSUs).
• Technical Understanding: Understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and specifications.
• Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with EMD, BG, PFMS, LD, PBG, NIT, and RfP terms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent documentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, PDF editing, e-tender tools, and email drafting.
