Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in T24 application testing (banking).
• Hands-on experience testing integrations across T24 modules.
• Experience in SIT, E2E, and UAT support.
• Ability to analyze requirements to design test scenarios and test cases.
• Experience creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Reports.
• Defect management and root cause analysis experience.
• Familiarity with JIRA, ALM or similar tools.

• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing for T24 applications.
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
• Prepare and manage test data required for end-to-end testing.
• Identify, analyze, track, and manage defects through to resolution.
• Validate seamless integration between T24 modules and interfacing systems.
• Support business users during UAT and provide testing status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and automation testing teams.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience and strong hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos) application testing in banking.
• Hands on experience testing integrations across T24 modules such as Lending, Term Deposits, Transaction Accounts, Savings Accounts.
• Experience in Functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), Regression, and UAT support.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical solutions to design effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Reports
• Proficiency in defect management, issue tracking, root cause analysis, and test execution monitoring.
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM or similar.
• Ability to develop test strategies, execute test plans, and ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
