Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Temenos T24 tester to support a global private banking portfolio. The role emphasizes SIT/UAT, E2E, and regression testing within a mature banking environment, focusing on quality and structured delivery across Temenos modules.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across locations, design comprehensive test scenarios, and drive testing activities through agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and transformations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Temenos T24 testing in banking.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and UAT support.
• Ability to analyze requirements and design effective test scenarios.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Test Plans, Test Cases, Scripts, Data, and Reports.
• Strong defect management and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform SIT, UAT, Regression Testing for T24 applications.
• Design, prepare, and execute test cases from requirements.
• Prepare and manage test data for end-to-end testing.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects to closure.
• Validate integration between T24 modules and interfacing systems.
• Support business users during UAT and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and automation teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.

We are looking for Temenos T24/Transact professionals to support a global private banking and wealth management bank on a portfolio of enhancement and transformation initiatives. The engagement involves working on ongoing platform improvements, functional enhancements, and targeted transformation programs across the Temenos landscape. Team members will collaborate with distributed stakeholders, contribute to stable long-term programs, and work within a mature banking environment that values structured delivery, quality, and domain depth.

Responsibilities

• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing for T24 applications.Design, prepare, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.Prepare and manage test data required for end-to-end testing.Identify, analyze, track, and manage defects through to resolution.Validate seamless integration between T24 modules and interfacing systems.Support business users during UAT and provide testing status updates to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and automation testing teams.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

SKILLS

Must have

• 8+ years of experience and strong hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos) application testing in banking.
• Hands on experience testing integrations across T24 modules such as Lending, Term Deposits, Transaction Accounts, Savings Accounts.
• Experience in Functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), Regression, and UAT support.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical solutions to design effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Reports
• Proficiency in defect management, issue tracking, root cause analysis, and test execution monitoring.
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM or similar.
• Ability to develop test strategies, execute test plans, and ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented team player capable of working independently and in a collaborative environment.
