Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Udaipur. The Telesales Executive will engage with potential and existing customers via phone, introduce Milkoraa Farms’ products, explain features and benefits, and address queries to support purchasing decisions. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining call records, following up on inquiries, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. This position requires consistent outreach, proactive communication, and a strong focus on building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for clear, professional, and persuasive phone interactions.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads, and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer and CRM skills to manage call logs, customer data, and follow-up schedules.
• Prior telesales or retail sales experience, especially in FMCG or dairy/agriculture, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
