Autoprint in Coimbatore is seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role targets freshers with interest in telesales, customer communication, and business development.

You will engage with customers, understand requirements, explain products, and generate sales opportunities. Candidates with a technical or science degree and willingness to relocate to Coimbatore (accommodation provided for outstation candidates) are welcome.

Qualifications

• Any technical / science degree (DME / DEEE / BE / BTech / BSc in Physics or Chemistry).
• Min 1 year of experience in telesales / CRM.
• Willing to relocate to Coimbatore (accommodation provided for outstation candidates).
• Freshers with good communication skills in Hindi and a keen interest to learn are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Make cold calls to prospects from digital marketing and social media leads.
• Generate new leads and close sales on calls.
• Build trust and clarity about the products and services.
• Coordinate with teams to provide answers to customer queries.
• Track and close sales prospects who show interest.
• Coordinate with assembly for virtual display of machines.
• Communicate details requested by prospects without delay.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated andenthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. This role is suitable forfreshers who are interested in Telesales, customer communication, and businessdevelopment. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating withcustomers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services,and generating sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Makecold calls to all prospects received through digital marketing / & othersocial media leads & close the business calls effectively.
• Generatenew leads.
• Buildtrust and clarity about the products + services of AMML on customer/client'scall.
• Coordinatewith appropriate teams + ensure the customers/prospects calls are supportedwith right answers for all the queries.
• Track& close sales prospects who have shown interest in buying our products.
• Coordinatewith assembly for virtual display of machines performance in running condition.
• Communicateeffectively, without any delay on the details requested by the prospects.
