Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Chennai. The Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote financial products such as insurance, loans, and investment offerings. Responsibilities include explaining product features, clarifying customer queries, and guiding customers through the sales process to closure. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions, and following up promptly to ensure strong customer engagement. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to meet targets and uphold service quality standards.
