Job summary

TP is seeking a capable telecom leader in Hyderabad to guide a team toward achieving sales targets and elevated customer satisfaction. You will develop strategies to cut shrinkage, boost productivity, and enhance overall performance.

You will also work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex broadband and ISP-related issues. The role requires 2-4 years in telecom, strong broadband/ISP knowledge, and a proven leadership record with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in telecom or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of broadband services, BPO voice, ISP networks and internet protocols.
• Proven track record in team handling and leadership with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of telecom professionals to achieve sales targets and improve CSAT.
