Job summary

Intellismart Infrastructure in Indore is seeking a qualified engineer to coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders for RF metering projects. The role requires understanding of telecom technologies (2G/3G/4G) and unlicensed RF bands used in metering, with hands-on planning and optimization tasks.

The candidate will work across departments, liaising with service providers to resolve issues, perform site surveys, and support field testing to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or related engineering.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of telecom protocols, IPv4/IPv6 basics, and network planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between departments, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Apply RF planning and metering optimization for telecom networks.
• Analyze 2G/3G/4G tech implications for metering RF.
• Engage with TSPs and stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Travel to site locations for surveys and failure analysis.
• Ensure field testing with stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Liaise to ensure cooperation and resolve bottlenecks.

Required Competencies/Skills: -

• Good knowledge of Communication Technologies and protocols, IP networking (IPv4, IPV6), Telecom capacity and coverage planning etc.
• Basic experience in telecom sector understanding the telecom technology such as 2G,3G & 4G.
• Good knowledge on un-licensed band which are using in metering for RF technology (RF meters).
• Good knowledge in Metering RF planning and Optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities / Duties to be Performed: -

• Ability to coordinate between different departments, leadership, and external stakeholders

• Traveling to site location/ other circle for survey and failure analysis and rectification as required.
