Job summary

Tecnicas Reunidas invites an experienced Diploma engineer with 10+ years in industrial telecom and security systems to join our Chennai-based team. The role covers end-to-end telecom design, MTO preparation, vendor document review, and layouts for large oil and gas projects.

You will coordinate with EPC workflows and international clients, delivering telecom block diagrams, philosophies, and installation layouts using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with 10+ years of design experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical sectors.
• Experience in telecom design including CCTV, PAGA, ACS, LAN/WAN, Radio, Structured Cabling.
• Familiar with ANSI, IEC, DNVGL, ETSI standards.
• Experience with EPC workflow and interfacing with other engineering disciplines.
• Experience of working with international clients such as ADNOC, Saudi Aramco.

Responsibilities

• Basic and Detailed Engineering experience of Industrial telecom and Security Systems.
• Preparation of Material Take Off (MTO), offer evaluation, Technical Bid Evaluation Summary.
• Review of Vendor documents for Telecom Systems (CCTV, PAGA, Radio, ACS, Telephone, IDS, LAN/WAN, SCS, Fiber Optic System).
• Preparation of Telecom System Block diagrams, Telecom Philosophy, System specification.
• Preparation of telecom installation layout, cable route plans, location layout, termination drawings, Cable schedule, telecom building layout development and detailing.
• Coverage study reports (CCTV, PAGA, Radio, WIFI Access Point, Traffic load Calculation).
• Familiar with EPC Engineering workflow and interface with other engineering disciplines.
• Experience of working with international clients such as ADNOC, Saudi Aramco.
