The ideal candidate possesses strong Hindi communication skills, experience in sales, and a willingness to learn about our products. This role offers a competitive salary between ₹12,000 to ₹14,000 per month plus incentives, along with growth opportunities in the jewellery wholesale and export industry.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a confident, result‑oriented Telecalling Executive to manage outbound calls, generate B2B enquiries, and build strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to prospective and existing B2B clients
• Presenting 925 silver jewellery collections and company offerings
• Lead generation for wholesale & export enquiries
• Follow‑ups, call records, and coordination with the sales team
• Sharing catalog and product details clearly and professionally

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Experience in telecalling/sales preferred (mandatory)
• Willingness to learn jewellery products (training provided)
• Confident, polite, and target‑driven
• Basic knowledge of calling tools and WhatsApp follow‑ups
