Job summary

The Retail Jeweller India is seeking a Telecaller in Mumbai (Kurla) to manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with clients, and support daily calling operations in a general shift.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English with 1.5 years in telecalling, comfortable with MS Excel, and able to meet targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / B.Com / Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1.5 years of inbound/outbound telecalling experience.
• Fluent in English; Hindi and Marathi are a plus.
• MS Excel familiarity for data entry and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with target focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Proactively follow up with clients to build relationships.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, events) to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate client records, call logs, and follow-up details in MS Excel.
• Generate basic MIS reports, including call metrics and conversion summaries.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

Working Days: 5 days a week

Role Purpose

We’re seeking a Telecaller with strong English communication skills to manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with clients, and support daily calling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing and New clients.


• Proactively follow up with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.


• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.


• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, events) to expedite and resolve issues efficiently.


• Maintain accurate client records, call logs, and follow-up details in MS Excel.


• Generate basic MIS reports, including call metrics and conversion summaries.


• Ensure timely follow-ups and contribute to delivering a consistently positive customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/B.com/Bachelors Degree).


• Minimum 1.5 year of experience in inbound and/or outbound telecalling roles.


• Fluent spoken and written English; Hindi and Marathi proficiency is a strong advantage.


• Familiarity with MS Excel — basic formulas, data entry, and report formatting.


• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills, with a clear focus on client needs.


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet targets in a fast-paced setting.

Candidate Location

Candidates based in Mumbai (preferably from Eastern Suburbs or nearby areas) will be given preference.
