Job summary

Bigbillion Food and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai invites applications for a Telecaller to join our growing team.

You will reach out to potential customers, handle inbound and outbound calls, and help generate business leads or sales through effective telephonic communication. The position is full-time for freshers or experienced candidates with a graduation. It offers a fixed monthly salary of 12,000–15,000 INR based on performance, plus attractive incentives and on-the-job training to support

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our food & beverage products and services
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide prompt, professional responses
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the system
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Report daily call summaries and performance updates to the team leader
