• Generate leads and schedule follow‑up calls to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback in the database.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).
• Fresher or proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Telugu, English, Hindi.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
