Job summary

TRIVEEXA FINCORP in Gurugram invites applications for Telecaller & Sales Executive to handle customer calls, follow up loan enquiries, and support sales for personal, business, home, car loans and loans against property.

Responsibilities include calling prospective customers, explaining loan options, following up, maintaining lead records, coordinating with processing team, and building customer relationships to meet sales targets. Freshers may apply; incentives are performance-based.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Class 12; graduates preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and WhatsApp Business.
• A polite telephone manner and strong follow-up skills.
• Freshers may apply; experience in telecalling, banking, loans or sales is an advantage.
• Responsible handling of confidential customer information.
