Job summary

Varaha is seeking a Marathi-speaking field coordinator to liaise with farmers and stakeholders across programs. You will collect updates, relay field information, and share insights with the internal team to support decision-making.

The role requires strong listening, communication, and record-keeping skills, along with basic computer proficiency. Freshers may apply; experience in agriculture or farmer engagement is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, or CRM systems).
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Marathi language (speaking, reading, and understanding is required).

Job Description
