Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound farmer calls in Marathi (and Hindi where needed).
• Understand crop issues and advise suitable products.
• Guide farmers in placing orders over the call.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Follow up on leads and pending orders over phone calls.
• Maintain call, lead and order records in the CRM.
• Build farmer relationships that drive repeat purchases.

We are hiring B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture graduates fluent in Marathi to join our inside sales team as Agri Advisors.
