Job summary

PKR Estates LLP, based in Chennai, is seeking an experienced Telecaller (Female) with 2–3 years of telecalling experience to join our team at St. Thomas Mount, Chennai.

The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain real estate projects, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in converting leads into site visits and potential sales. English and Tamil communication is required; graduation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of telecalling experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Excellent follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Proficient with basic computers, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
• Ability to communicate in English and Tamil.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Any Graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up regularly with leads generated through marketing channels.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, amenities, and other relevant information.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.
• Convince and motivate interested customers to schedule site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visits.
• Handle basic customer queries professionally and elevate complex queries when required.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
