• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
• Schedule site visits and appointments with potential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team and update them on qualified leads and scheduled visits.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
