Job summary

Shri Shanidev Enterprise in Mumbai region is seeking a Senior Loan Sales & Lead Conversion Executive to own warm leads, pitch financial products, and drive monthly disbursement targets across Home Loans, LAP, and Working Capital.

You will manage end-to-end pipeline from lead login to sanction and disbursement, coordinate with underwriting teams, and maintain CRM records while ensuring client satisfaction and consistent target achievement.

Qualifications

• Direct loan sales experience with leads to disbursement.
• Must understand Home Loans, LAP, Business and Working Capital products.
• Ability to interpret CIBIL reports and financial statements.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and standard CRM workflows.

Job Description: Senior Loan Sales & Lead Conversion Executive

Role Overview

You will take ownership of warm leads, pitch financial products, handle end-to-end client conversion, and drive monthly disbursement targets across retail and commercial loans (Home Loans, LAP, Working Capital, Used Car Loans, CC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Sales: Convert incoming leads into active loan applications through outbound calling, client meetings, and consultative selling.
• Product Matching: Evaluate client requirements to pitch appropriate lending options

(Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Cash Credit, Working Capital, and Used Car Loans).

• Financial Eligibility Assessment: Read basic financial documentsincluding CIBIL reports, ITRs, Bank Statements, P&L statements, and GST returns—to determine borrower eligibility and structuring.
• End-to-End Pipeline Management: Collect required KYC and financial documentation, draft proposals, and coordinate with underwriting/banking teams from file login to final sanction and disbursement.
• Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed assigned monthly loan disbursement targets.
• Relationship Management: Build trust with prospective borrowers, address query pushbacks from banks/NBFCs, and maintain CRM updates throughout the sales funnel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 years of proven track record in direct loan sales, lead conversion.
• Product Expertise: Strong grasp of Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and Working Capital products.
• Financial & Technical Aptitude: Ability to interpret CIBIL reports, financial statements, and bank statements. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and standard CRM workflows.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and verbal/written communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly loan disbursement volume ( in Lakhs/Crores).
• Lead-to-login and login-to-disbursement conversion ratios.
• File accuracy (zero documentation rejection rate at login stage).
