Job summary

wroots global pvt ltd is seeking Domestic Tele Collection Executives with 1 year of collections experience and fluency in English and Hindi. You will handle outbound calls to collect payments, communicate clearly with customers, and negotiate settlements to ensure timely collections.

The role requires adhering to prescribed guidelines and achieving targets. Work involves 6 days per week with 1 rotational off, and reporting to the collections team.
