Job summary

Navlakha Management Services in Mumbai seeks a Technology Transfer professional to manage transfers from ADL/R&D to manufacturing. You will drive scale-up, prepare protocols and collaborate with R&D, Production, QA and QA teams to ensure seamless product transfers.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in ADL/Formula Transfer, strong documentation skills, and a solid GMP understanding. B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Tech is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant ADL/Formula transfer experience.
• Hands-on Technology/Process Transfer and scale-up exposure.
• Experience with Pharmaceutical Formulation and OSD products preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Technology Transfer-ADL

Job Purpose

To manage and support Technology Transfer activities from ADL/R&D to manufacturing, ensuring successful scale-up, process transfer and commercialization in compliance with GMP and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Technology Transfer / Product Transfer / Process Transfer activities from ADL/R&D to manufacturing.
• Prepare and review Technology Transfer protocols, reports and technical documents.
• Coordinate with ADL/R&D, Production, QA, QC, Engineering and other cross-functional teams.
• Support scale-up, exhibit and validation batches.
• Review manufacturing processes, batch records, specifications and critical process parameters.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing trials and scale-up activities.
• Identify and resolve process-related issues and deviations during technology transfer.
• Support process validation and process optimization activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support successful transfer of products from ADL/R&D to commercial manufacturing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in ADL / Formulation Technology Transfer.
• Hands-on experience in Technology Transfer / Product Transfer / Process Transfer.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Formulation / OSD / Solid Oral products preferred.
• Strong understanding of scale-up, manufacturing processes and process validation.
• Experience coordinating with R&D/ADL and manufacturing teams.
• Good documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
