Job summary

Zydus Healthcare Limited is seeking a dynamic professional for Technology Transfer in the MS&T-Technology Transfer - New Product unit. The role focuses on transferring solid oral dosage forms, oral liquids, and topical formulations from development to manufacturing with emphasis on scale-up, validation, and commercialization.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in product transfer from R&D to manufacturing, a strong understanding of cGMP, and excellent cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• Experience in Solid Oral Dosage Forms, oral liquids, and topical formulations.
• Hands-on experience in product scale-up and technology transfer.
• Experience in process validation and commercialization activities.
• Experience in transferring products from R&D to manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology transfer activities for solid dosage, liquids, and topical forms.
• Oversee scale-up, process validation and commercialization support during product transfer.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and QA to ensure smooth technology transfer.
• Develop and maintain transfer documentation and protocols to ensure compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Technology Transfer team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Solid Oral Dosage Forms (Tablets, Capsules), Oral Liquids, and Topical Formulations, with hands‑on experience in product scale‑up, technology transfer, process validation, and commercialization activities.

Key Requirements

• Experience in Solid Oral Dosage Forms, Oral Liquids, and Topical Formulations.
• Strong understanding of technology transfer, scale‑up, process validation, and commercial manufacturing support.
• Hands‑on experience in product transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams during product transfer and commercialization.
• Good knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics or related field)

Preferred Skills: Technical troubleshooting, documentation, project coordination, and process optimization.
