Job summary

Synzeal Research is seeking a candidate with hands-on API process lab-to-scale-up technology transfer experience to join our team in Gujarat. The role focuses on transferring processes from R&D to pilot and commercial plant, ensuring robust, reproducible results and regulatory-aligned documentation.

You will coordinate scale-up trials with Production, QA, and EHS, troubleshoot gaps, and contribute to pre- and post-transfer qualification activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in API process lab-to-scale-up technology transfer mandatory.
• Working knowledge of plant equipment, process safety, and scale-up engineering principles.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across R&D, Production, QA, and EHS functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology transfer of API processes from R&D lab to pilot/commercial plant scale.
• Prepare and execute Technology Transfer Dossiers, risk assessments, and scale-up protocols.
• Coordinate scale-up trials with Production, QA, and EHS teams for plant readiness.
• Identify and troubleshoot process gaps/deviations during scale-up.
• Ensure process robustness, reproducibility, and yield consistency at commercial scale.
• Maintain complete TT documentation in line with regulatory expectations.
• Support pre-transfer feasibility assessment and post-transfer performance qualification.
