Job summary

Cloudsoft trainers are hands‑on engineers first, teachers second, teaching 5–12 hours/week and earning per‑batch compensation based on tenure and ratings. Classroom campus in Hyderabad with pan‑India live online reach. You’ll own the curriculum and influence labs and labs-related labs and labs delivery.

We hire people who have built real systems, can explain complex concepts to beginners, and are excited to mentor engineers through live sessions, code reviews, and assessments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on production engineering experience in your subject area.
• Clear communicator — able to unpack complex ideas for beginners and mid-level engineers.
• Passion for live teaching, 1:1 mentorship, or content creation.
• Comfortable running labs, reviewing code, grading assignments, and answering off-hours questions.

Responsibilities
