Job summary

Integraminds is seeking Technical Trainers to teach Full Stack Development, AI & Data Science, and Cybersecurity. You will deliver hands-on labs, mentor learners on real-world projects, and create engaging content aligned with university curricula.

The role requires an engineering background, teaching experience, and comfort with AI-enabled learning tools. Work locations include on-campus and hybrid delivery across multiple centres; the ideal candidate will develop learners into industry-ready

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; M.Tech/M.E. preferred.
• 1+ year industry experience and 1+ year teaching/training experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least one technology track (Full Stack/AI & Data Science/Cybersecurity).
• Experience building real-world applications or projects and creating original technical content.
• Comfortable with LMS, digital assessments, and AI-enabled learning tools.
• GitHub/portfolio/project evidence preferred.

As a Technical Trainer, you will teach, mentor, build, assess and continuously improve learners through hands‑on learning, real‑world projects and technology-enabled delivery.

You will work with engineering students to develop the skills, mindset and practical capability required to become industry-ready, project-ready and deployment-ready.

Three Technology Tracks

1. Full Stack Development

Core Skills:

Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Git, Cloud & DevOps

You will:

• Deliver hands‑on coding, labs and application development.
• Mentor learners through real‑world projects and capstones.
• Conduct code reviews, hackathons and technical interview preparation.
• Build learners towards development and deployment readiness.

2. AI & Data Science

Core Skills:

Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, MLOps

You will:

• Deliver practical AI / Data Science learning.
• Mentor learners through real‑world AI/ML projects.
• Introduce learners to emerging GenAI technologies and applications.
• Prepare learners for AI‑driven roles and project-based opportunities.

3. Cybersecurity & Emerging Technologies

Core Skills:

Network Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Ethical Hacking Fundamentals, Security Frameworks, Emerging Technologies

You will:

• Deliver hands‑on cybersecurity concepts, labs and challenges.
• Mentor learners through security projects and hackathons.
• Develop practical problem‑solving and security capabilities.
• Prepare learners for real‑world cybersecurity environments.

What You Will Do (Common to All Tracks)

Train & Mentor

• Deliver engaging classroom, lab and hybrid sessions.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for mixed‑ability learners.
• Mentor projects, hackathons, capstones and technical challenges.
• Prepare learners for coding / technical assessments and interviews.

Build & Curate

• Create session plans, labs, assignments, projects and assessments.
• Develop original content aligned with university curriculum and industry requirements.
• Continuously update learning content based on emerging technology and workforce trends.

Assess & Improve

• Deliver assessments through IMAP (Integraminds Assessment Portal).
• Use learner data to identify skill gaps and improve outcomes.
• Manage learning, content and learner progress through ITLF (Integraminds Learning Management System).

Innovate

• Contribute to Integraminds learning, assessment, AI and technology products.
• Bring industry insights into curriculum and product development.
• Participate in innovation programmes and live client projects.

Who We Are Looking For

Must Have

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline; M.Tech / M.E. preferred.
• 1+ year industry experience and 1+ year teaching / training experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in at least one of the three tracks.
• Experience building real‑world applications, products or projects.
• Ability to create original technical content.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Comfortable with LMS, digital assessments and AI-enabled learning tools.

GitHub / portfolio / project evidence preferred.

Good to Have

• Corporate trainer / university faculty / placement trainer experience.
• Relevant industry certifications.
• Hackathon / coding competition / technical interview experience.
• Research, publications or advanced qualifications.
