Job summary

Talent Toppers is seeking a technology strategy consultant to join its Technology Excellence team in India. You will build technology assessment tools, develop new solutions, and help clients advance their technology and digital transformation.

You will work under a Project Leader, engage with stakeholders, deliver client-ready analyses, and present actionable recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication, Excel/PowerPoint skills, and comfort with AI-enabled tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to write clear, useful documents on topics like AI strategy, data systems, and technology transformation.
• Experience with cloud technologies and updating legacy applications is preferred.
• Strong analytical, numeric, and data quality skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise on existing tools and help develop new solutions for the technology practice.
• Learn diagnostics, support multiple stakeholders daily.
• Work with Project Leader to solve problems, prepare final materials and client communications.
• Provide thought leadership to drive innovation and product development.

Job description

You will be part of a specialized Technology Excellence team that helps companies with technology strategy, digital transformation, and technology roadmaps. You will majorly involve into Building technology assessment tools, creating useful technology products, helping clients improve their technology, Using new technologies like AI and automation.

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant experience (for undergraduates) or 1–3 years (for postgraduates) in a Technology/Management consulting domain.

Key Responsibility:

• Build deep expertise on existing tools and help develop new solutions for the technology practice
• Quickly learn different diagnostics and solutions, supporting multiple stakeholders daily
• Work under a Project Leader / Team Manager and contribute to overall problem-solving, final materials, client communication, work planning, and team management
• Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive innovation and product development
• Deliver strong execution, pressure-test insights, and conduct thorough validation
• Understand client needs and adapt to project expectations
• Ensure timely, high-quality, zero-defect delivery of analysis and outputs
• Produce client-ready materials with clear, actionable recommendations
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, driving practical solutions
• Deliver clear and professional presentations to teams, managers, and clients.
• Seek and give meaningful feedback; continuously develop your own skills.
