Job summary

Talent Toppers is seeking a technology consulting professional to support technology strategy, digital transformation, and roadmaps. The role emphasizes building assessment tools and developing new tech products, using AI and automation to deliver client value.

The candidate will work with the Technology Excellence team, engaging with multiple stakeholders, analyzing industry reports, and translating complex tech topics into actionable client guidance.

Qualifications

• Ability to write clear and useful documents on topics like AI strategy for companies
• Experience with data systems and technology transformation
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and updating old applications
• Ability to talk to experts and run surveys
• Competence in analyzing industry reports (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC)
• Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior leaders clearly
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and other analysis tools
• Strong numerical and data quality capabilities
• Ability to break big goals into smaller tasks and make plans

Responsibilities

• Build deep expertise on existing tools and help develop new solutions for the technology practice

• Work under a Project Leader / Team Manager and contribute to problem-solving, final materials, client communication, work planning, and team management
• Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive innovation and product development

You will be part of a specialized Technology Excellence team that helps companies with technology strategy, digital transformation, and technology roadmaps. You will majorly involve into Building technology assessment tools, creating useful technology products, helping clients improve their technology, Using new technologies like AI and automation.

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant experience (for undergraduates) or 1–3 years (for postgraduates) in a Technology/Management consulting domain.

Key Responsibility:

• Build deep expertise on existing tools and help develop new solutions for the technology practice
• Quickly learn different diagnostics and solutions, supporting multiple stakeholders daily
• Work under a Project Leader / Team Manager and contribute to overall problem-solving, final materials, client communication, work planning, and team management
