This role is positioned within Digital and Emerging Technologies – Technology Consulting, focused on helping clients address complex technology challenges through structured analysis, architecture‑led thinking, and practical implementation.

Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead key workstreams in the design, development, and implementation of technology‑driven solutions. The role involves driving solution architecture, managing client interactions, contributing to business development initiatives, and ensuring delivery of high‑quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of client business requirements and define technology strategies and solution approaches.
• Drive solution architecture design, including developing architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee data analysis, process mapping, and enterprise architecture assessments to identify transformation opportunities.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, within enterprise contexts.
• Manage project workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Engage with client stakeholders to present architecture, solutions, and recommendations.
• Support and contribute to business development activities, including proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, data scientists, and business consultants.
• Ensure alignment with best practices in enterprise architecture, cloud, and integration frameworks.

Skills And Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in technology consulting, technical architecture, or related technology delivery roles.
• Full‑stack developer with aspirations to evolve into a solution architect role.
• Hands‑on development experience in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), and Python.
• Experience working with frontend technologies including React.js, React Native, Angular, and similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including business, application, data, and technology layers.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise‑scale architectures.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of data architecture, data platforms, and analytics ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience in agile delivery environments and cross‑functional team collaboration.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a focus on quality and execution.
• Proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field).
• Strong foundation in software engineering, system design, and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Experience or exposure to cloud‑native development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of emerging technologies, including AI/ML and their enterprise applications.
• Relevant certifications (preferred): Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
