Job summary

TidyHire is seeking a Technology Professional, Apps, Legal Integrations/Data, for a mid-level role based in Bengaluru. You will design, develop, and manage scalable legal applications and data integrations to support Spend Analytics, Matter Management, and Contracting across global platforms.

You will collaborate with Legal, IT, and Finance, drive data pipelines, ensure security and governance, and contribute to automation and AI-driven improvements in enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience in Legal applications, related operational data bases, and systems integration
• Demonstrated experice with of Legal data repositories and system integrations
• Experience analyzing business requirements and supporting application design and implementation
• Familiarity with application lifecycle activities including development, testing, deployment, and support
• Knowledge of security, data governance, and compliance considerations in enterprise systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues across platforms
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred

• Experience with one or more Legal business processes, requirements, and data such as Spend Analytics, Matter Management, e-Discovery, Document and Contract management.
• Experience working with Legal or Compliance systems (e.g., Litify, iManage, ONIT, Exterro, etc)
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integration technologies including Informatica (IICS), or similar)
• Experience with integration and configuring Legal cloud platforms and SaaS applications
• Hands on experience implementing Legal data repository and developing Legal data analytics, reporting tools such as PowerBi, or implementing automation technologies including AI.
• Hands on experience with Agile or DevOps practices
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization
