Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in content research, model development, taxonomies, content structures, and tagging algorithms. You will work on projects from pre‑release to delivery and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives. This role requires expertise in applying AI techniques to enhance machine enabled operations, with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and apply accurate metadata and taxonomy to regulatory content, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage content workflows, metrics, and ensure content accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
• Develop content models relevant to business needs and industry structures to drive value for customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on solutions involving complex content structures, machine learning (ML), and AI techniques.
• Work cross‑functionally with teams to deliver value‑driven solutions to business challenges.
• Own key initiatives focused on improving customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all content is detailed, thorough, timely, and meets accuracy standards set by clients.
• Solve complex content problems by building logic and workflows that keep the organization ahead of the curve. Design, refine, and optimize AI prompts to generate accurate legal compliance requirements from banking regulatory citations.
