Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Technology Platform Engineer to design, build, and manage production systems supporting multiple projects. You will deploy automation pipelines to streamline environment provisioning and configuration, ensuring operational efficiency and scalable platform infrastructure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end TLM solutions, drive project execution, and support ongoing platform enhancements in line with evolving business and technology needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on experience in SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM).
• Experience with SmartStream TLM Application Suite (TLM Control, SmartStudio, Recon Admin, View, MI).
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages to support environment deployment and platform automation.
• Experience across the complete software development lifecycle (DEV, UAT, UVT).

Responsibilities

• Act as a SME, providing technical leadership while guiding the team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop, configure, and enhance SmartStream TLM solutions with business users and project teams.
• Design, build, test, and implement SmartStream TLM solutions in collaboration with business users and project teams.
• Create, maintain, and update technical and functional documentation.
• Execute and support tests: UT, SIT, UAT, UVT.
• Manage configuration, code repositories, and development/test environments.
• Follow delivery governance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support migration of reconciliation platforms to SmartStream TLM.
• Demonstrate understanding of Trade, Position, and Stock Reconciliation specifics.
• Configure and manage exception handling for reconciliations.
• Lead projects, manage JIRA stories/tasks, and drive execution.
• Perform requirements analysis and support the full SDLC.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership while collaborating with and guiding the team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop, configure, and enhance solutions using the SmartStream TLM Application Suite, including:
  • TLM Control
  • TLM SmartStudio
  • TLM Recon Admin
  • TLM View
  • MI
• Design, build, test, and implement SmartStream TLM solutions in collaboration with business users and project teams.
• Create, maintain, and update technical and functional documentation.
• Execute and support:
  • Unit Testing (UT)
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • User Verification Testing (UVT)
• Manage configuration, code repositories, and the maintenance of development and test environments.
• Follow the organization's delivery governance model and provide regular project status updates to business stakeholders and management.
• Support the migration of reconciliation platforms to SmartStream TLM.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Trade, Position, and Stock Reconciliation, including:
  • STSL tables
  • Asset classes
  • Link and Unlink functionality
  • Reconciliation design and configuration
• Configure and manage exception handling for Trade, Position, and Stock reconciliations, including Department Codes and Edit Configurations.
• Work across multiple reconciliation implementations and enhancements.
• Act as a Project Lead, driving project execution, coordinating team activities, managing JIRA stories/tasks, and providing regular status updates to management.
• Perform comprehensive requirements analysis and support the complete software development lifecycle, including Development (DEV), UAT, and UVT.

Professional & Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM).

Hands-on experience with the SmartStream TLM Application Suite, including:

• TLM Control
• TLM SmartStudio
• TLM Recon Admin
• TLM View
• MI

Strong experience in configuring and implementing SmartStream TLM solutions to support platform enhancements and development.

Proven ability to collaborate with business users and project teams to design, build, test, and deliver end-to-end TLM solutions.

Strong solution configuration and implementation skills, including configuring business applications using front-end tools and database table updates.

Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages to support environment deployment and platform automation.

Experience in:

• Unit Testing (UT)
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Experience in preparing test cases, test design, configuration management, code management, and maintenance of development and test environments.

Experience in creating and maintaining:

• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Specifications
• Technical Design Documents

Experience with application upgrades, version migrations, defect analysis, and bug fixing.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Database & Operating Systems

Good working knowledge of at least one of the following databases:
