As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing production that support various projects and products. The role involves deploying automation pipelines to streamline environment provisioning and configuration while ensuring operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance platform infrastructure, enabling seamless project delivery and supporting evolving business and technology requirements.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership while collaborating with and guiding the team to ensure successful project delivery.
Design, build, test, and implement SmartStream TLM solutions in collaboration with business users and project teams.
Create, maintain, and update technical and functional documentation.
Manage configuration, code repositories, and the maintenance of development and test environments.
Follow the organization's delivery governance model and provide regular project status updates to business stakeholders and management.
Support the migration of reconciliation platforms to SmartStream TLM.
Demonstrate strong understanding of Trade, Position, and Stock Reconciliation, including:
Configure and manage exception handling for Trade, Position, and Stock reconciliations, including Department Codes and Edit Configurations.
Work across multiple reconciliation implementations and enhancements.
Act as a Project Lead, driving project execution, coordinating team activities, managing JIRA stories/tasks, and providing regular status updates to management.
Perform comprehensive requirements analysis and support the complete software development lifecycle, including Development (DEV), UAT, and UVT.
Strong proficiency in SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM).
Strong experience in configuring and implementing SmartStream TLM solutions to support platform enhancements and development.
Proven ability to collaborate with business users and project teams to design, build, test, and deliver end-to-end TLM solutions.
Strong solution configuration and implementation skills, including configuring business applications using front-end tools and database table updates.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages to support environment deployment and platform automation.
Experience in preparing test cases, test design, configuration management, code management, and maintenance of development and test environments.
Experience with application upgrades, version migrations, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Good working knowledge of at least one of the following databases:
