Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Technology Manager in India to oversee local technology architecture and drive strategic IT initiatives across global teams. You will shape migrations, govern IT programs, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while delivering scalable, secure technology.

You will collaborate with Operations and Product, build a robust tech ecosystem, and prepare for audits and leadership reviews as Revolut expands its financial platforms in the region.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in India (cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, data risk).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years in IT architecture in finance with strong organizational and time management.
• Experience with IT systems and related technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
• Fluency in English.

• Drive the local technology architecture and ensure the tech stack complies with local regulations.
• Implement the IT and data strategy, including new setup and ongoing IT transformation.
• Shape customer migrations and oversee IT governance and Board presentations.
• Coordinate transformation programmes, migrations, and process setup.

• Ensure readiness for regulatory/InfoSec audits.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving the local technology architecture, ensuring the overall tech stack is in compliance with local regulations
• Implementing the IT and data strategy, including new setup and continuing transformation of IT
• Shaping customer migrations
• Overseeing IT governance, being responsible for the framework, presentations to the Board of Directors, and representing the IT function in key group committees
• Coordinating transformation programmes, migrations, operational model setup, and processes
• Building a global, reliable, and scalable tech ecosystem
• Ensuring readiness for regulatory/InfoSec audits

What You'll Need

• Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in India, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering
• 7+ years of experience in a role involving IT architecture in financeExceptional organisational and time management skills
• Experience with IT systems and related technologies
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people‑management skills
• Fluency in English
