About our Hiring Sprint

What you'll need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 1–5 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• The ability to break complex problems down into actionable tasksExperience using data to justify your work and proposed solutions
• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
• An interest in the financial industry

Nice to have

• Experience coding with SQL, Python, R, or Gen AI
• Experience in a fast‑growing startup or fintech

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
