Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and recommend optimal Odoo module configurations and customizations
• Lead functional workshops with clients to gather requirements and design business process flows
• Configure Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR
• Collaborate with development teams to specify custom module requirements and system integrations
• Conduct system testing, user training sessions, and provide ongoing support during go-live phases
• Create detailed functional documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or functional consulting
• Strong knowledge of business processes across multiple domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR)
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP platform including module configuration and customization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledge of Python programming and Odoo development framework
