Job summary

Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementations and drive project success. You will gather requirements, map business processes to Odoo, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in Odoo ERP projects, strong leadership, excellent client communication, and a proven ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets through go-live and UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering Odoo implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP functional workflows and business processes.
• Good knowledge of Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Human Resources, and related modules.
• Experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation processes and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
• Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into appropriate Odoo solutions.
• Understand and document existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with Odoo developers, functional consultants, business analysts, and other project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, project reviews, system demonstrations, and UAT sessions.
• Coordinate Odoo configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Identify project risks and operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
• Manage scope changes and ensure proper communication with all stakeholders.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members.
• Ensure effective utilization of resources and successful project delivery within the agreed timeline and budget.
