Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, business-minded Odoo Functional Consultant who can understand client requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and coordinate with our technical team. This role suits candidates with a Business Development / Analyst mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ERP systems.

If you can understand business processes, talk to clients confidently, and manage project requirements this role is for you!

Must Have

• MBA in Information Technology (IT) OR MBA in Business Analytics
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of basic business processes (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  
• Ability to analyze problems and propose logical solutions.
• Quick learner with interest in ERP systems, especially Odoo.
  
• Good documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work closely with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities.
  
• Document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications.
  
• Coordinate with the technical team for customization and development.
  
• Conduct functional testing, UAT, and ensure quality delivery.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Assist in Odoo demos, pre-sales discussions, and client meetings.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication with clients.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and requirement documents when needed.
  

Nice to have

• Experience (0–2 years) as an Odoo Functional Consultant / Business Analyst / BDA.
  
• Knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HRMS).
  
• Understanding of Excel, or basic ERP workflows.
  
• Experience in client handling or pre-sales activities.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
