Job summary

Axldrone India Private Limited invites a Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge business processes and technical solutions, gathering requirements, configuring applications, and delivering integrated ERP support from Calicut (Work From Office).

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design and test solutions, develop SQL/PL-SQL components, and provide training and documentation to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a techno-functional role, ideally in ERP or enterprise application environments.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs, with experience in integrating applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics, etc.) and business processes, particularly in finance.
• Experience with scripting languages such as AL code is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Configure and customize enterprise applications to meet business requirements, including workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Develop and execute complex SQL, PL/SQL scripts, and other technical components to support functional processes.
• Utilize SOAP and REST web services to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data exchange
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions.
• Provide support for both technical and functional issues, acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend best practices and effective solutions.
• Conduct regular testing and system validation, and provide quality assurance on all customizations and configurations.
• Deliver user training and create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation.
