Job summary

TresVista in Bengaluru seeks a Techno-Functional Consultant to drive ERP implementations and ongoing support. You will translate business needs into functional specs and coordinate with tech teams to deliver enterprise platforms.

With 7+ years of experience, you will perform requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and guide deployments from UAT to post-go-live. Strong Excel, API, SQL and data-migration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of techno-functional consulting experience in ERP implementations.
• Experience delivering full-cycle ERP projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS or IT; MBA is a plus.
• Ability to work with API integrations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of enterprise software platforms (ERP, CRM, HRMS or similar).
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, solutioning, UAT, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Plan and manage timelines & deliverables; ensure quality of output
• Manage stakeholder relationships

Role Overview

The Software department at TresVista partners with internal departments and vendors to implement, optimize, and support enterprise technology platforms. The team delivers end-to-end solutions by combining functional expertise with technical proficiency, enabling the organization to maximize the value of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of enterprise software platforms (ERP, CRM, HRMS or similar).
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, solutioning, UAT, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, data migration, and system enhancements.

Prerequisites

• Hands-on expertise in ERP / enterprise application
• Strong understanding of at least one enterprise software module (e.g., HR, CRM, Finance, Projects etc), and corresponding business processes
• Ability to work on API Integrations
• Ability to understand basic scripts or configurations (e.g. SQL, Python, VBA or similar)
• Ability to create Dashboards (e.g. Power BI or other)
• Expertise in MS Excel
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience

7+ years of experience as a Techno Functional Consultant in enterprise software implementations and support

Proven track record of delivering full-cycle ERP or enterprise software projects

Education

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Compensation

The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
