Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru, India seeks a proactive Business Analyst to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. You will translate needs into functional specs for IT and development teams and support UAT and change management efforts.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with ERP/finance systems, and familiarity with Agile methods. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & experience in Finance, Information Systems (ERP-Infor-Sun, Oracle etc..), or related field.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solutions or design.
• Analyse the issues reported in IT system, provide proactive support to Business to resolve the IT issues, including training and documentation.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
