Job summary

SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA in Bengaluru, India seeks a diligent Business Analyst to document business requirements, analyze gaps, and translate needs into functional specifications for IT teams. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.


• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.


• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

• Accounting & Finance Knowledge in Amortization, Deferred Cost, Accrued Income & Expenses Depreciation Process, Accounting Life Cycle.


• General Accounting / Lease Accounting - IFRS 16 Inventory Accounts Management Accounts Controls Management and Reporting.


• Any relevant Finance Certification are preferable.


• Good to have tech skill : Infor Sunsystem
