Job summary

sgi netronics zoekt an on-site CCTV and access control technician in Kochi, Kerala. You will install, configure, test CCTV cameras and access control devices at client sites, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and access control devices.
• Read wiring diagrams and technical documentation, perform cable routing and termination, and use basic electrical and networking tools safely.
• Experience diagnosing faults, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing preventive maintenance on security systems.
• Basic knowledge of IP networking concepts (LAN, IP addressing), and familiarity with integrating CCTV and access control systems with network infrastructure.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical, networking, or a related field; prior experience in security systems installation is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites in and around Kerala and adhere to company safety and quality standards.
