Job summary

Concept Group is seeking a skilled CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and access control across sites. You will handle IP and analog CCTV, networking basics, and remote viewing setup for mobile devices and PCs.

Responsibilities include installing NVRs/DVRs, cabling, diagnosing faults, documenting reports, and coordinating with customers to ensure successful project delivery while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IP and analog CCTV systems.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts for surveillance systems.
• Experience supporting customers and addressing issues on-site.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot security hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission CCTV systems (IP & Analog).
• Install and configure NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras, and PoE switches.
• Perform cable laying, termination, labeling, and testing.
• Troubleshoot CCTV hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and PCs.
• Install and maintain access control, biometric, and video intercom systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Diagnose and replace faulty cameras, hard drives, power supplies, and networking equipment.
• Maintain installation reports, service reports, and asset documentation.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Follow company safety standards and installation best practices.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support when required.
